Accessibility statement

This site was built so that anyone can read it and contact our firm, on any device and however they browse.

Commitment

Accessibility is part of our firm's service. The site was built to the Israeli accessibility standard and checked against it, page by page. What the check found has been fixed, except for the parts listed further down, under "What is not yet accessible". When the site changes, we check it again.

The law and the standard

The site was built under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773-2013, and to Israeli Standard SI 5568 at level AA. The Israeli standard is based on the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines.

On 18 September 2026 every page of the site, in Hebrew and in English, on a phone and on a computer, was checked against WCAG 2.1 at level AA. Version 2.1 includes every requirement of version 2.0 and adds to them. The check used an automated testing tool, plus manual checks of keyboard use, zoom, reduced motion and contrast.

What we did on the site

  • Contrast: regular text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background, and large text at least 3:1. This was also measured on the top menu as it passes over images, and on the text over the video at the top of the home page.
  • Text size: reading text on the site is never smaller than 14 pixels. The exceptions are listed under "What is not yet accessible".
  • Zoom: you can zoom the page in the browser up to 200%. The page reflows without sideways scrolling or cut-off text, even at a screen width of 320 pixels.
  • Keyboard: every link and button, the menu, the expandable questions and the form all work with a keyboard alone. On a phone, the Escape key closes the menu and returns focus to the button that opened it.
  • Visible focus: every element that receives keyboard focus is marked with a clear gold outline.
  • Skip to content: the first link on the page, before the menu, is "Skip to content". It moves focus straight to the page content.
  • Reduced motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, the site appears without animations. The video on the home page does not play, and all content is shown at once, with no need to scroll to reveal it.
  • Video: the video at the top of the home page has a button to pause and play it. The video plays without sound.
  • Alt text: every image that carries information has a text description. Decorative images and icons are hidden from screen readers.
  • Headings and structure: every page has one main heading, and headings follow a consistent order of levels. The menu, the content and the footer are marked as separate regions.
  • Language and direction: every page is marked with its language and direction, Hebrew right to left and English left to right. The link to the other language is marked with that language too.
  • Contact form: every field has a label. If a field is not filled in correctly, a text message appears next to it and focus moves to the first field that needs fixing.
  • Touch targets: on a phone, every button and link that is not part of a sentence is at least 44 pixels tall.

Browsers and screen readers

The site supports the current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on computers and phones. Internet Explorer is not supported.

The site was built to support screen readers and other assistive technologies: headings, links, buttons and form fields are marked up according to the standard.

What is not yet accessible

The home page has an illustration of the stages of a case. It draws documents at a reduced scale, and the text inside it is smaller than 14 pixels. The illustration is hidden from screen readers.

Links to outside services, such as WhatsApp, lead to sites our firm does not control. Their accessibility is the responsibility of whoever runs them.

Privacy policy

The contact form on this site stores just three details: your name, your phone number, and the sentence you wrote. That information is used for one purpose, to call you back, and is not passed to any third party, not used for mailing lists, and not sold.

If you'd like the details you provided deleted, contact our firm by phone or email as shown on the contact page, and they'll be deleted.
